I think you missed one. In Halfway Park, in the developer room, there's a vent that I tried to open but I couldn't, it was stuck. But I used the Nimbus Gun to noclip through it to see what was behind it. And there actually was a capsule behind it!

You missed one in Tuscany, if you go to the outer villages on the right, there is a blue box on the chimney of one of the buildings, similar to the box the M1 Garand was in. The capsule here is the shopping cart
Just saying in the street puncher map there is a security guard capsule but it’s an avatar, not a npc. So yeah the security guard is an avatar it took me awhile to figure it out though
There's a second hidden door in mine dive, in the wishing well lift room. The keycard for it is on the roof of the building. Not sure what's in there though.

In museum basement, there is a battery at the top of one of the pillars, which connects to a door next to the hub buttons(its behind the spawning point) putting the battery in will lead you to a huge new area. I won't spoil anymore, but all I will say is if you find a door that leads to a hole, there will be a keycard at the bottom. You will need this to unlock a door further on. And on that door is a room with a door painting. And if you go through the door painting, you will get 3 capsules. I hope this helps, sorry I wasn't so descriptive.

You can nimbus the wall in Tuscany, but... there's an actual legitimate way to open it. I wish they kept the "won't load on Nimbus" tidbit active.

The doors you no clip through can be opened with the key cards you see in the game. In every map there is a hidden key car you just gotta find it
