Hey guys, we apply exactly the same way in Europe - it’s really a perfect step-by-step installation manual for beginners with cool explanations and experienced working methods - you made a good job! Anyway it’s necessary to say - the rubber surfaces are not easy to apply and by the installation there are many aspects (weather, temperature, humidity), affecting the final form and your success!
Where can I buy these materials??! I live in Southern California im an experienced cement Mason so I believe with your helpful tips I can do my own install for my sons playground in my backyard. Please help my find these materials! Thank you!
good video. something i always tell people who work with acetone is to read the SDS or MSDS sheet before hand. once you realize the damage it can do to your reproductive system most people choose to protect themselves with some sort of PPE.
Hi Guys , I am from South Africa. Have you ever used a standard concrete mixer to mix crumb and binder. We don’t have smaller pan mixers available her. Just monsters that are not convenient to transport from site to site
I heard you cannot use cement mixer, but I don’t know for sure. I use a hand held paddle mixer, and if you have a double paddle mixer you can mix fairly large batches. At least this is what I found out!
The wax is a really good idea. I use duct tape on the panels in the mixer to prevent the buildup on it. Other than that the best way is to have someone scrape it out manually which sucks
You lost my respect when you said OTS! Lol I’ve lost more jobs using there trashy binder or un matching colors than I have anyone else’s product in 20+ years of laying rubber.

Check out American Recycling Center. We have a place in SC as well as Michigan. Get a hold of them and tell them Jesse sent you.
Do you have any recommendations where we can get the materials?

My company uses a regular motor mixer. Cleaning is a nightmare but you gotta do what you gotta do.
What do you use to wax your mixer? Thinking of trying wax to reduce clean out time and headache.
