This video changed my life. I used to be out of shape, and I saw this video. I started doing 50 squats everyday and lifting. I can now bench 245, which is a huge improvement from 140. R.I.P. Warrior

We all have our flaws. The Ultimate Warrior was one of the most ferocious and intense people to ever walk this planet. He was a champion as a wrestler, a father, and a person. Say what you will about disputes with the business or his politics, he had high standards and had high expectations of others. He truly was ULTIMATE.
