I resonate deeply with needing these affirmations and I'm not bristling or resistant to this video, which I think will make it easier for me to take in the messages. What's funny is I read some of the comments feeling it's a bit fast, but I sped it up to 1.25x, it's not distorted and I feel it gives it a vibrant, peppy energy for morning or daytime. Ok, so I think i’m going to break these affirmations up into two separate recordings because I think many can benefit from just healing the past.. what do you think of what I have so far. These will be 2 separate recording: This is one: I am so happy and grateful all is now in the past. every bad memory is forgotten. All the pain from the past has been healed. I am free from the past, I am free from pain, I am free from insecurity, I am free from anxiety, I am free from negative and triggering thoughts. I no longer think about the past and I no longer identify with the past, I am a new creation. I am now immune to all hurt and resentment, I am at peace, I am at peace with myself. I am a new person, I am a completely new version of myself and i have a new mindset. I have a new identity. I have been made new, whole complete and lacking nothing.
This is the other one: It is so wonderful how everything has unfolded so beautifully- all has been made right between us. They see me as love because I am love. I am unforgettable and always on their mind. They are always thinking of me. they miss our laughs, they miss the good times, they miss the love between us. They can’t wait to talk to me again, They are excited to reach out to me they want to make things right. Everything is healed between us, the past is healed and forgotten. They do the right thing because I do the right thing and all is forgotten and forgiven.
