You'll be able to move your items to other characters as well if you want them to get a chance of learning the plans. No need to keep lists for each character ❤
If you're going sorry just for faster crit recharge,b sure then go for it. But since a lot of perks are being reworked to depend on your Luck number, then it's no longer viable just to go for the crit recharge for complete builds.
@@Saintbowcan’t wait to do the math to find the optimal combination of the vats effecting perks/ legendaries. Hopefully unyielding isn’t necessary Im tryna run chameleons PA
The scrap menu changes will help a lot when you're trying to learn all the Legendary effects. No second guessing or having to back out to check the crafting menus. Thank Atom. Now we need the camp building menu to get a sort function
Loving these changes, and really grateful that you dug them out for us. Also, I did _not_ know about being able to see my missing mods, that's super useful, thanks.
Has anyone else gotten this bug, it plays the sound for unlocking a new mod but it doesn’t show on the inventory unless I reload the game, server hopping doesn’t fix it, and sometimes it doesn’t play the sound but when I check on the tinker’s bench they are craftable. Also what is a good price for the good roles, I have the heavy hitter, 90%w and aristocrat at 5000-9000 caps and they don’t sell at all
Sounds like the notification bug. You stop getting onscreen notifications for things like event rewards and mod unlocks. Restarting the game should fix it.
I don't know why but I'm always impressed when I see genuine quality of life improvements like being able to see what you can get/learn when scrapping legendaries
I don't like this change a lot because i sell the gunt for easy caps, but i think its ok because you can farm the items for daily and weekly missions🤔🤔🤔. It's a trade off and you can make bunk of junk for sell
That's really smart idea from new EA manager Bethesda hired. People will regret dropping resources as before, in order to save it you have to buy fo 1-st. I still think scrap box should be available for free, doubt it will ever happen
Hopefully the junk dropping more often doesn't mess with the caps I make from selling raw materials I spend a lot of time grabbing junk I know where most everything spawns at by heart i sell junk for low caps... 30k lead scrap to sum up what i got on hand at anytime.
So how is that going to impact "Eviction Notice". I go to that for the XP but mostly for the ungodly number of legendary's. Does this mean we will get 80% fewer Legendary items? If so that will really reduce the fun/benefit of that event.
On 2 occasions I got a leg box mod and learned the leg plan. I'm not sure if I've ever unlocked a regular mod and leg mod, but I'm sure you can, especially hearing about it on reddit.
Its impossible to enjoy the full content of this game without power armor and a couple of 3 star legendary heavy auto weapons, which is fallout 76's biggest balance issue-- and it has absolutely no chance of being fixed, ever. (we call this the World of Warcraft syndrome). A secondary issue is the nature of the grind-- literal months to go from zero to a jetpack that doesn't require power armor is ridiculous. Thirdly and perhaps most irritatingly for me, the bow/compound bow/crossbow may as well not be in the game at all- for two reasons. 1. even with 3 star legendary and every bow skill maxed and loaded, its damage is still ridiculously low and 2. VATS lies-- an 80% on a limb is really more like a 20%, so even at close range most arrows/bolts miss. This is to say nothing of the endless quest bugs that infect just about everything in the skyline valley expansion. Bethesda is lazy, out of touch, and apathetic. Its too bad, this really had a chance of being the best mmo ever built.
Looks like I missed a recent patch note that increased the weapon drop chance from 20% to 35%. That would explain why I was finding them so often.
That extra info when scrapping is great.
I'll be able to scrap the lists I've been keeping, and more importantly won't have to check each item against them.

Yeah, As far as I know 3 Luck is just 3 luck, But Faster crit recharge is equal to 10 luck..So there is A big difference:)

I'm excited about the added tankiness to alot of things. Probably gonna go unyielding limbs and tankiness for the rest @@trentenfolland3982

I did not know about the last mod availability feature that was already in the game . Thanks so much.

The new scrap menu will be very beneficial, especially for newer players. Thanks for the video and take care.

Honestly I feel bad for the lower level characters in this sense. Hopefully they will figure out a way to balance that out.
Some good quality of life updates. They should hype these things more.

That is a large amount of scrap from ONE encounter. I am hoping we could get more storage for non-fallout 1st players to compensate.

That goes against the business model of the game.
Yep, they are pretending to do you a favor, all the while they have a hidden agenda to push you towards FO1st. @@Andrew_Li_O
buy it for 1 month... fill the box up and after it enjoy 🙂
Great info! Thanks, Wiggle!

luck affects perk cards as well so there is more to think about then just crit meter
Yep. It was kind of a dumb oversight on my part not to mention that.

Should have no effect on legendary drops.
You just wont be getting 15 mini guns
can't say i care about the mobs dropping junk, im scrapping their worthless weapons anyways
I love small changes! lol
Are you saying if we don't know all the regular mods you can learn from scrapping it lowers your chances of learning the legendary mod?
Yes.
Interesting
They should have the percentage chance to learn each legendary effect.
Thank you 👍
I’m overencumbered enough as it is 😂 my hoarding will not be able to withstand such a foe
Yess bro. I'm carrying more storage on me with reduction perks than my entire camp 😂.
well done, thanks
I thought I read or watched a video somewhere that the loot changes had been reversed?
Just what I need , more caps 😫
This means legendary mobs wont drop guarantee wep or armor 😱??
Legendary drops are unaffected.
What will I do with my spreadsheets 😢 😂
Am I crazy when did they add explosive energy weapons back in?
So, does that mean upscaled dropped weapons will do more damage?
Upscaled weapons don't drop. You'll get something appropriate to your level up to 50.
@wiggle_plays got it, thanks!!
Yay, no more mod plan spreadsheets.
Some folks on reddit claim that they learned both weapon mod and legendary mod from scrapping one weapon
🤷♂
they are separate odds.

nerfed the amount of weapons i used to sell at vendors... Nothing great
Cant wait for my stash to be full of junk every 20 minutes
Fallout 1st.
@dpellek74 not everyone has money to spend an extra 12$ a month for fallout 1st bud

Lol, so it guess it was a great time to stop paying for 1st, as I won't be playing anymore and won't need to worry about all the shit!
