Chapters, Item, and Rules List:
1. Elvis - 00:30
Items: Belt, Slinky, CD
Rules: Players must work together to maneuver a CD through a slinky from one person to another without using their hands, and then back again to the first player in the same manner.
2. Extreme Rapid Fire - 02:09
Items: Soda Cans, Rubber Bands
Rules: 2 players must shoot rubber bands to knock down a tower of 36 cans off the table.
3. Spoon Frog - 03:49
Items: Glasses, Tea Spoons
Rules: Players must use a tea spoon to catapult another tea spoon into a glass.
4. Ping Tac Toe - 04:32
Items: ping pong balls (2 colors), 9 cups/glasses
Rules: Players must bounce ping pong balls of contrasting colors in an effort to land 3 in a row.
5. Can Duet - 05:24
Items: Soda Cans, Ping Pong Balls
Rules: Players must alternate turns blowing ping pong balls from one can to another. The team that does the most or finishes it all in 60 seconds wins.
6. Face the Cookie - 06:45
Items: Oreos
Rules: Players must move a cookie from their forehead to their mouths using only their facial muscles. The team that successfully moves the most in 60 seconds wins.
7. Rapid Spaghetti - 08:29
Items: Empty soda cans, uncooked pasta, rubber bands
Rules: The first 2 players must use their mouths to pass a piece of uncooked pasta through the tabs of soda cans and transfer them from one podium to another to create a 3-can pyramid. Once completed, the third player must use rubber bands to knock all 3 cans off the the podium.
8. Bouncer - 10:31
Items: ping pong balls, cups/glasses
Rules: The first player must bounce ping pong balls into 8 glasses/cups. Once completed, the 2nd player, and then the 3rd player must repeat the task.
9. Mega Bubble - 13:14
Items: Hoop, Bubbles
Rules: Using only their breath, players must blow a soap bubble and guide it across the room and through a hoop. The team that blows 7 bubbles through the hoop wins.
10 (A). Stack Attack (Summer Games 2016) - 15:57
10 (B). Stack Attack (Winter Games 2016) - 18:55
Items: Cups
Rules: Players must create a pyramid of cups. Once built, players must slide down the cups to create a single stack. This must be repeated with all players in a team.

You could use any belt, but I like how this had some holes in it so it could hold on the slinky securely.
