Or, are you publishing this as “unlisted” expecting the copyright claim, disputing it and hoping MLB doesn’t challenge your dispute, so you can then re-publish 30 days later?

Nope, just post it and let mlb have the revenue, this channel is more of a passion project than anything else, I’m not trying to make money
