    So glad I found this video. I tried so many other dance workout videos but they were all too high tempo for me and moved on way too quick (I'm so un-coordinated and lack rhythm!) but this feels doable for me while still getting good exercise. Thank you.

    Love It! Some workouts say they're for beginners and quickly become too intense for a true beginner. This workout was enough to get your heart rate up and begin to sweat without being overwhelming. I feel great after completing day 1. I plan on starting my day with this workout every morning.

      How did it go for you? You noticed anything different with your body? I just discovered Zumba yesterday and plan to stick to it for 30 min minimum every day. I am wondering how soon you get to see any change.

    Easy Zumba step. I don't feel pressure follow the step and I really enjoyed it. 10minutes with sauna suit. Satisfaction!!! My day-3 hope within 1 month 1 can feel the different 😊

    Perfect! I drive semi and have gotten so out of shape. But I have changed my eating habits and needed something I can do in my semi (privacy) every morning before I get ready to drive for the day. I tried this and was able to modify some of it to work in my semi. THANK YOU!

    I'm 39 yo and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 17 years old and I stumbled on your videos by accident actually and now I can stop watching and doing the exercises. I've been following your videos because they are the only ones that I can do comfortably without injuring myself or over exerting myself. I physically can't jump nor get on my hands and knees or plank on my elbows and feet as 70% of my joints are fused together and don't bend. Thank you so much! Also, I love your accent. You sound like my next door neighbors that we adore. Such a peaceful, calm and soothing voice. 💕

      As per comment....you have joint problem, weakness and deactivness ....honestly suggest you that you use calcium with magnesium omega and glucosamine with vitamin c.....
      These are help you calcium loss and cartilage Building vitamin c and omega gives you activness .....after a month comment your present is unknown......if u r serious...reply if you need separate guidance u may share your contact....

    I just walked out of a horrible Zumba class and put this on at home and it’s way better!! lol! The music is much better too. I will keep trying it 🙂
