Shadder played Genji in the early days too and Genji was never as strong as he was over these last couple of months. Only his ult used to be OP when he first came out (it lasted 8 seconds and had stupidly far range like double what it is now) and nano used to give a 50% speed boost or something like that so that was pretty insane too but that was all nerfed within the first few months iirc
