Would like to know your thoughts on this. A recent UA-cam thru hiker said it wasn't worth the effort to go over Bishop Pass to resupply due to the steepness and difficulty of the trail. In hindsight, carry extra days of provisions and go straight to VVR from Independence. Thanks in advance.
