Talk to them, if they are homophobic, ask them why, once the reason is given, give them a question like "what if was bi" for example, If they react in a negative way, maybe reconsider coming out to them, Maybe even consider calling the Trevor project for Lgbtq+ with suicidal thoughts, it may not be relevant, but it might help with your problem
And if your talking about gender dysphoria, then just be comfortable with who you are now, if your parents actually love you, they would accept too, or try atleast. You can come talk to me on Instagram, if you want more advice, I've been though some of life's hardest time's.
