I really love Hoot and SNSD's take on the 70s spy concept. I think SM took a chance with this release and it worked really well especially with a retrospective listen. Definitely one of SNSD's lesser popular songs, but Hoot has its own charms and I welcome its inclusion in SNSD's discography.
