Hi...This is so cute... So I cut out all the pieces that I needed, but the red and the white size fabrics are confusing to me. After I cut the 5x 5, am I supposed to cut it then into a 1x5 to make the cross? This part is confusing to me.

I wish the author of the video paid special attention to the fact that the width of the product should be greater than the zipper and its fabric "tails". It turned out that the tails were sewn along the side seam and, when turned outward, the edges of the zipper ugly "hid" in the side seam. It's a shame.😔
