- The Contra Costa Transportation Authority continues it's nearly 1.4 Billion dollar investment in the Highway 4 Expansion, with an additional 50 million dollar project to finally finish the connector lanes to the Antioch Bridge. The bridge connector lanes passed a milestone this week, and it happened as east county residents slept through the night.
