    Mahalo Nui, I was looking for information to start making my own ohe kapala. I just happened to stumble upon your video and be blessed to find you two! I was lucky to meet Aunty Verna in Japan this spring 2016, where she got me hooked on kapa, and inspired me to do more! Keep pounding ladies, and be blessed! Aloha Kaulana

    Each design has a meaning polole'i? It's not just to make a kapa pretty but has a significance right? For example fish, waves, spear, moena or lauhala?
