I am on a transformative healing journey. I want to heal from wounds that have been under band-aid for many years. I would only change the bandaid and not give them time to properly heal. I can’t believe this. This is the exact thing I struggled with since I was about 7 and today during my 3 day fast I even said to myself I’ll never know how to explain what used to happen when I had those panic attacks in a way people would understand. I am so encouraged. Have been dealing with a lot, I fast and pray and it looks as if nothing happens. While listening to your testimony, I was able to identify that there is a stronghold of fear in my mind especially concerning, me and my husband’s future, our finances and careers. our safety and where we should live in the next couple of years. I have understood how I can approach God and be transparent with him and also have him speak back to me. I couldn’t sleep and came to UA-cam specifically looking for how to fast into answered prayers. I thank God for bringing me here. God bless you and thank you for your obedience.

Try it again. Ask the Lord to seek you through this. It says, "Cast your cares on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." Psalms 55v22
Me too, we always have a chance to start all over again,
If its because of over eating and over indulging, you need to come b4 God and confess and renounce gluttony. Its the spirit of gluttony that makes the letting go of food hard for people. Rebuke the spirt, renounce any connections to it. Do this while fasting and in total submission to God and you would see a great difference. Whatever it is, holding you back tell the Holyspirit to show you what's holding you back, when He does, confess to God ask for mercy, then rebuke the spirit at work,renounce any connections to you and you would be fine. I’m on my 2nd day of my 3 day fast , I did take ibuprofen because wouldn’t u know I started the morning I started my fast, and I have to work cleaning a school and I couldn’t cramp and work and fast. Im on day number 2. i did sip some water when i took my blood pressure meds that it i tried to swallow with out water, but I did sip, but thank you this was inspiring.

Amen Thank you for sharing! Can you share maybe how you were able to discern that you got the nudge for a dry fast from God and not from your own thoughts? I struggle with knowing when I'm just inspired vs when it's the holy spirit pressing me to. Thank you again for sharing and your vulnerability
I fast often and you know what I’ve learned? To fast is really to humble yourself and honor God.. so it’s a win win. Whether God tells you or you do it on your own it all glorifies God❤

I completely understand this constant battle between what we think we should do and what we are told to do. The way I was able to understand that it was the voice of God nudging me to fast was because I had asked God to reveal himself to me, and I stayed quiet and waited. I found that standing still when we ask God for help is the best approach to have. I hope this helps you. Thank you again for watching ❤️

This is very helpful testimony. I have been contemplsting 3 day dry fast but I am concerned “nothing will be left of me” lol but the battle is in my mind. I have to win thst first. As you said in video, I will take all my concerns to God and do it soon. I will be back to update this Godwilling🙏🏾

What Esther Fast has done for me has given me clarity and an action plan to help me in my situation. If you decide to do an Esther Fast, I suggest that you prepare yourself by reading scripture, watching sermons, and spending time in prayer. Cast all your fears and situations to God, and he will seek you through them.

I’ve done 40 day and 21 day using the Daniel method . But my lord this Esther fast I can’t seem to ever complete . I’m praying hard to commence again
I tried doing the 21 day Daniel Fast, that's hard! Not saying the dry fast is easier! I'm rooting for you. You can do this with God's grace.

Yeah, no tea and water. I had them prepared because I was going to do a regular fast day, but the Holy Spirit said DRY fast. It all went down the drain 🤦🏾♀️. Thank you for taking the time to watch the video ❤️ God bless
