- was surprised to see that there doesn't seem to be any mort compilations so i decided to make my own n_n
apologies for any audio fluctuations or shitty trimming, otherwise enjoy!

Mort is such an underrated character. Teddy is fun, but I wish Mort had an equally balanced appearance in different shows as well rather than someone for Teddy to scream at. Even felt a bit sad when in one of the episodes, when asked whose Bob’s friends, only Teddy’s name is mentioned and Mort is left as one of Bob’s customers as being friends.
I think it’s because Teddy was more drastically desperate for attention and socialization especially being apart of Bob’s family. You have to remember Teddy does a lot of interactions and out of work activities with the family while Mort is extremely more professional and lenient
I still forgot Mort has a toupee. I just think he has grey temples.
If Bob's Burger creators went into it's original plot of cannibals family, Mort would show often.

Movie needed a bit more Mort. He's such an odd and enjoyable energy.
I'm just happy he was in it but I agree, he needed more screen time

Despite the fact that everyone in th show is lovable, Mort is hands down my favorite character. It just sucks he isn't as present in the show as Teddy is.

@Im.Ur.Gfs.Poop.Stained.Panties. No he didn't. You're confusing him with Jimmy Pesto's voice actor Jay Johnston, who ACTUALLY took part in the 2021 insurrection, which is why Jimmy Pesto Sr has yet to make a reapperance (they're probably in the process of recasting the character).
Mort is played by Andy Kindler, completely different guy and also a mainstay on the left wing radio show The Majority Report.

I need more backstory on why Teddy hates Mort so much. I hope we'll get an episode with them two.
I think it's mostly because of the fact that Mort is the Belcher Family's next door neighbor. Not to mention how much money he seems to have and maybe Teddy might have found out about the time the Belchers stayed with Mort during the mold incident. Mort is a nice guy and it's a shame he doesn't appear as much as before but ever since the show started to find their footing in humor they don't seem as reliant on dark humor with Mort's career hence the sparse appearances.

Mott’s a cool character but I think the producers mostly want to use the supporting characters in moderation (like the Fischoeders. They used to appear a lot more). Still, I do think he gets a few good moments every once in a while and it’s always nice to see him (I don’t really like how Teddy’s a jerk to him so much since Mort is probably the chillest character in the show)

I wish Mort had a bigger role in the show. I feel like he’s kind of been relegated to a background character. Same with Jimmy Pesto and Marshmello. They’ve all kind of become gag characters as opposed to being fleshed out.

Mort’s best one was pretending to be murder to death. That was so awesome. And that loud roaring sound he made when he was in pain so cool.

That haunted house episode is one of my all-time favorites. They all put so much effort into such an elaborate scheme, all for Louise.

I've never seen much of Bob's Burgers, but it seems like they got a lot of colorful characters. Mort seems especially fun, a real genuine guy who doesn't realize when he's accidentally creepy because he's so used to dealing with the macabre. And it's nice how Louise shares his interests.
Based on the other comments, it seems that Mort stopped showing up in later seasons, which is unfortunate, because he's definitely the type of character that we all need to hear from every once in a while. He reminds us of death, but he talks about the subject so casually that we can accept it as a part of life.
