The loggers makes all efforts to save as much as possible of the log by cutting it at ground level, which I find very remarquable. In any other country the tree would be cut at least half a meter above ground. This shows the respect and attention paid to such a giant tree, and marvel of nature.

You are right. I think I'll kill the life of the tree and let it live for a longer period of time. That is our mission.
