I bought a player of this model several years ago, and the big problem I have is that the manual and instructions say that only "CD Digita-Audio" discs can be used, it does not accept any other type of discs that do not have the logo with that brand, and I have tried to reproduce purchased original recorded discs that do not have that logo and it does not play them. I try with CD-R and it does not recognize them in the reproduction
I have this but it won’t record to any blank cd type. Is. It broken?
No. The blank cds now are computer formatted
you need the ones specifically for recording music
the discs u wanna use sayCR-R MUSIC (or CD-RW Music)
i have had the very same machine i love it very much but im a dunce i would like to record to a vcr and also i would like to record music from youtube to a blank cd how can i do these things...and i didnt know you can buy new ones in a box i thought they didnt make them anymore...
im still waiting for an answer
well this doesnt have bluetooh so that means your TV would have to be connected to your stereo in order to use this for that purpose. bluetooth wasnt a thing when this was released
@@SupremeNerd how do you mean hooked up to my tv...my tv is hooked up to my reciever already but how do i hook up my vcr to record from tv to vcr tape and how can i record youtube to vcr tabe or cd my phillips cdr and tv and reciever are all in the same rack can you help me?

@@SupremeNerd im sorry i just saw this now i have a smart tv 60inch vizio hmdi 1 hmdi 2 etc theres at least several ports like dvd etc thankyou for your patience..
I have one of these i can't figure out how to burn disc's. Do you have to have speakers connected? Or can I do it through the headphones? I'm going to connected it up as you showed and try it and see if this thing works. Hope it does.
The problem that you are having may be happening because the disc that you are using is a data disc and not and audio disc.
@@Spencertified i bought the CD-R PHILIPS for audio. Theres something else.
