Sutoh is hands down the best Asian bassist to me. Not only his rhythmic sense impeccable, what I like about his style is that his bottom end doesn't sound so much like slap to me but groovy thumb lines. With how busy the bass notes are, it's almost like 2 bassists playing.
I really really adore both of those players as well, but I need to mention Yoshihiro Naruse as well. Not as smooth and slick as the other 2, but he's skills are just astonishing. Especially with his agressiveness, and what stands out for me is the fact that he makes it look so fun and effortless.
This is a real tribute to the passion and muscicianship of this Cats. At the same level (or even better) than many of the commercial players around the world. My hat off and deepest admiration to them, particularly to Mr. Sutoh!

曲はフュージョンだが大槻カルタさんのドラムはツインペダルを使わずホワイトヘッドだったりジャズドラムのアプローチで叩いててサウンドとタッチがメチャ綺麗で最高、菰口雄矢さん他も素晴らしい。
何回聴いても飽きません！素敵です！

Tetsuo Sakurai is another great one but Sutoh's slap skills are amazing, I could listen to him funk it up for days.
