Very nice tone on the guitar. It doesn't matter how much one knows there is always something to learn. Having played songs such as Johnny B Good etc etc countless times & having a good understanding of all you are sharing I was watching more out of curiosity as to how you put across the lesson. I've also been a teacher for many years. However it just never occurred to me to the RnR 'bass line' an octave higher in a more lead style. Something as basic as that eluded me for some reason lol. HNY.
Great lesson but it may help to explain why the flat 3/7 notes are important ie they make the major scale sound minor as these two notes are the difference between the major and minor scales and rock n roll is all about mixing the sound of both scales together as they say country and the blues had a baby and called it RnR thanks jm.
Some of the best teaching of this kind of stuff I’ve ever seen. What a great way of approaching it too.
Always rock solid. Some of the best taught lessons I've seen.
