Yeah, I had a mid-2012 one that broke during finals week earlier this year, and just a few days ago I finally had enough saved up to get myself a new one. I’m quite excited, especially since I’m a STEM major, my last computer couldn’t handle some of the more intense things I had to do, but I can’t wait for the new M1 one I got, ahhh!

Hi, I recommend not getting a screen protector for your MacBook. I’ve seen it get cracked because of it. A safer way would be to clean your screen with a microfiber cloth.
