- In this video, I introduce you to the conditional statements if, else, and elseif and how to implement them in MATLAB.
First, I walk through the programming logic behind each of the conditional statements using flowcharts. Then, I work an example of how to implement each of the conditional statements in MATLAB.
Thank you so much!! Perfect explanation! I was having problems with these statements because I was doing it backwards. Great video.
You have given me a better and vivid explanation. Thanks Sir
Great videos! I like using the grade example for a simple if statement too!
I subscribed you. You are the one only lecturer for best MATLAB tutorial. Thank You!
Wow, thanks!
Thanks for the vivid explanation. Learned some essential things in Matlab.
Thank you Dr. David for the excellent explanation!!
Thank you for this video. You have explained it very clearly. My assignment for this type was solved after watching this video.
You explained so well, and I final get it, thank you!
Surely
Thank you David for excellent explanation.
Nice way to explain. To supplement further, you should explain the same thing by reading the input from a file (data) and writing the comment (output) to another file. Most of the Matlab videos miss on this aspect - reading the data from a file (structured) and creating an output file (structured) with the calculated value. May be in your next video, you take upon this task. Thanks for your excellent effort in putting up this video.
love the way you explain! Hope, you will post more videos
@@SpartanProfessor thanks alot, I am waiting for the 4th video of looping and statements series you are doing. Thanks again!
very easy explaination ... it helped me a lot.. thank you.
Thank you very much for this.
Many thanks to you..You did perfectly well
Thanks a lot from Turkey.
thanks sir it is perfect explanation
David do more videos of matlab and please make Python tutorials also, you'ld make them easy to understand 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Amazing!
Well explained.
thanks a lot from INDIA
The inflections of your voice make me feel like a child.
Well explained
thanku sir
your video is really helpful
Thank you very much sir
Thanks sir
thank you so much
thank you
thanks for doing my professors job. come apply at purdue and let them know they can let their intro engr profs go
Thanks
How to add a value to a diagonal element, say for a 9x9 matrix starting at 4th row and column and moving to next level (i.e. 5th, 6th till 9th) after every iteration. After the computation is carried out with the value added to the diagonal element and moving to next element the value added to earlier row and column should be rid off moving to next iteration.
Sounds like you are looking for more about manipulating arrays and for loops. I'm still posting more videos related to this, but here's something that you may find relevant: ua-cam.com/video/r4zXQlufHkk/v-deo.html
could you do a video on plots and tables?
Yes, in fact, plots are up next on my to do list. Should have something for you soon.
thx frome suadi
helped in applied heat transfer haha
I crush of you🙈
play the video at 1.5 speed and he sounds less like a robot
too basic, lost 12 mins of my life. What about when dealing with intervals ,assigning other values to the result depending on the original value... etc
Amazing explanation. You remind me of the character from prison break named Michael Scofield lmao, thanks for uploading!
Thank you sir
