That's so sweet.
That’s the common misconception people make. It’s to bend your head down just above your heart to slow down the bleeding. Let it run out. Bending your head back you can swallow/ choke the blood or cause more damages. See mom. My CPR class paid off. I remember something. Lol.

Teacher of CPR classes here. Thank you for putting the information out there and help sharing the knowledge! Would have done it otherwhise myself Whilst seeing the video, I was glad that people wanted to help, but them helping in the wrong way made me kinda sad, as it is easy to avoid (=by doing the right thing and bending the head forwards instead of backwards)

어릴때부터 코피가 잘안멈추고 며칠씩 나서 수혈도 받는데
하루는 지하철에서 어르신들이 노약자자리 양보해주시고 구급차 불러주셔서 무사히 도착해서 수혈받았습니다 감사했어요
코피가 뒤로 젖이면 폐렴 등의 질환이 발생할수 있으며
되도록이면 젖이지 않는게 좋습니다.
코피가 나면 앞으로 고개를 숙이고 콧등이 아닌 코끝을
압박해 지혈을 하도록합니다.
특히 피가 나는 콧구멍에 휴지 보다는 솜으로 막으면 좋으며
양쪽에 하나씩 콧구멍에 막습니다.
(한쪽이 코피나면 또 다른 콧구멍에 피가 흐를 수 있음.)
My father once got nose bleeding in the middle of night. It was scary watching him in that condition. Doctor said it's because of overwork and stress. I pray no one get to go through such situations

@@PikabooxxD yeah but even then, the culture in Holland is way different then the culture in Asian country’s. My dad is from Indonesia and my mom from Marocco, they both say the same. We have a really hard culture, the “be at your own” culture.. you can ask help, but most of the time they want something in return yk? It’s rare if a person help another without expecting anything in return. I gotta be honest that i was also like that before but i’m trying to change and maybe i will get more people to be like that.

I’ve always had super severe nosebleeds since I was a baby. Sometimes they lasted 40+minutes and it was bleeding so bad it was scary and I would get super dizzy! If anyone ever starts feeling dizzy during or after a nose bleed it’s best to go to the hospital in case you lost too much blood.

Hey I just wanted to point out, even if it's fake blood that tilting your head back is a bad idea. The blood from the nose will go down into your throat making you posibly swallowing it. That's all I wanted to say thanks for the video!

Getting a nosebleed doesn't usually hurt to the point you cry but I've never had a hurting nosebleed. Nosebleed doesn't hurt it just feels weird like water coming down your nose

It's ironic sort of this kind of nose bleeds stops work. But I go to work with sinus pressure, sinus headache, sinus vertigo, sinus postnatal drip which can cause vomiting, and nose bleeds forwards or backwards and still no excuse not to work. Lucky your country!

This is a smart girl. The head should not be bent back. The head should be bent forward and the nose closed gently and breathing through the mouth. Then wait 5 minutes and massage the nose from the side of the nasal bone for 2 minutes
