- Are you trying to get Microsoft certified? In this session we take a deep dive inside Microsoft Purview, otherwise know as the Microsoft 365 compliance portal. Here I’ll discuss many of its core features with lots of demos. So not only will you learn what Purview is, but you’ll also learn what it does and more importantly hat it can do for you. I'm new to the channel and I was looking for information about implementing SPF/DKIM/DMARC. If you haven't done a video on those, It might be a good idea to do so :) Congrats on the well-structured content.

Can you do a video on how Priva and Purview nest? I am thinking about how put group owners in charge of suits of tools and data. Ultimately, I need a list of all the naming conventions and policies needed in the environment before users land in the environment.
I'm planning on a Priva session soon :-)
since this video was done, are there scripts to onboard Android devices as this only said macOS or Windows ( the latter aren't really used, from what I remember )

hi andy... thanks for the awesome content. just one question... if i select "all user" in the label & then assign that label to the label policy and select say, "2" users, which policy will be applied in the system?
The most restrictive. Beware of using all users as it could lock out admins. Plan carefully.

These accounts are used from Microsoft partners or MVPs. However, you can take out at E5 trial subscription for free. Just search for Free Microsoft 365 E5 trial.

I tried to use the Audit module to find who moved/deleted a subfolder from a shared mailbox. But i haven't had any luck Do you know if this is possible?

Hmmm i think you can see who deleted but you can’t see who moved it. I had this issue before with one client. I think audit detects deletion only.

@@patrick__007 or maybe last time my problem was the client wants to know who moved or deleted the FOLDER. audit maybe can’t tell if its the folder but can only tell if emails are moved/modified/deleted
Just starting the studies for SC-400, does the exam have labs in it? It looks like normal multiple choice, plus case studies, but no live configuration.

Take a look at the audit logs in Microsoft Purview.
@@AndyMaloneMVP This what we are doing, but How about the defender alerts and integrate with Senrinel? In that case admin gets a single monitoring place to AIP, DLP and other alerts.

@@vidanaweer1662 I see. To get these features, you need to have sentinel and defender for endpoint as they add additional logs in. docs.microsoft.com is the definitive source nation. It explains everything.

Hi Patrick, although my videos cover a lot of content I cannot absolutely guarantee it’s going to cover everything in an exam. A great resource to check out is this learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/exams/ms-500 this is how you can book the exam and Microsoft Learning has just been upgraded to include loads of coursework, videos and more. How can we do a gap analysis after implementing Purview in an organization? can you guide Andy?
Typically, a gap analysis involves doing a study before you implement Microsoft purview and a review afterwards looking at what’s changed. I’m not aware of any gap analysis templates within Microsoft 365, so you may have to look elsewhere for this. I’ve done this before as a manual process and I’m sure you won’t have any issues. only thing with Content Marking - doesn't give you a preview - proper annoying, since you don't know what it will look like and may not be what you want
