I think it's more of a 40%. If you listen to the song more and more you'll see it's different. So is the lyrics. Mamamoo was about loving themselves while hers is about a breakup. And the music video is very different to. The only thing thats the same is the beginning and some of the chorus. Also the rap is very very different. If you compare her and Moonbyuls rap you will see her is more upbeat and fast while Moonbyul has a rap with a flow.

On one hand, It's a fact that this song is kinda version of "Hip" although I'm sure the producer is wise enough to have done everything legally and has everything under control. As if Kpop was an original sound. Heavily influenced by American R&b and American Hip Hop, Kpop artists have also been using samples from other artists. Soul music which IS the mother of all this sounds did not originate in Korea nor anywhere else but in the USA. Most contemporary music is influenced by soul, R&B and hip hop original artists. And maybe this producer has used a sample or maybe not. I do not know. I am not an expert. If he did, so what! Go back to your music playlists, there probably are dozens of songs you love using samples from other artists. Do not reproach from some what you accept from others. I think it's more of a 40%. If you listen to the song more and more you'll see it's different. So is the lyrics. Mamamoo was about loving themselves while hers is about a breakup. And the music video is very different to. The only thing thats the same is the beginning and some of the chorus. Also the rap is very very different. If you compare her and Moonbyuls rap you will see her is more upbeat and fast while Moonbyul has a rap with a flow.

Soul music which IS the mother of all this sounds did not originate in Korea nor anywhere else but in the USA. Most contemporary music is influenced by soul, R&B and hip hop original artists. And maybe this producer has used a sample or maybe not. I do not know. I am not an expert. If he did, so what! Go back to your music playlists, there probably are dozens of songs you love using samples from other artists. Do not reproach from some what you accept from others.
