Im trying Connect cronus to my pc with m And K. is there some keyboards that dont work, cause its like my Wireless keyboard Connect, But in “tools” Device i Cant see when pressing its connected, can u help
For pc do you have to do anything extra or do you just plug in both the mouse and keyboard into the ports?

everything is correct but when i plug it in my awitch pro controller it disconnects from my switch and it wont work
Everytime I plug in my mouse and keyboard only one of the ports work for one thing. Idk how to explain it every time I put my mouse on the right and left port it works, but when I put both into the ports my keyboard and my mouse, it doesn’t want to work. Only one of them will work at one time if it’s on the right port.
Im not able to get game packs on zen studio it say unable to download gamepacks??

u gotta update ur Cronus Zen device with a tool called “cmupdatetool” and then open that tool and then plug the cronus in ur Pc

i followed the video and my controller lights up on my controller and the green light located on the zen where i plugged it in, but my controller doesn't do anything when im on fortnite or any game

@@EliiteAim i got it to work but fortnite kicks me out of every game after 2 seconds of being in it and gives me a error in lobby that i’m using a restricted device

@@TyahCODtry plugging a cable on the left port in the zen instead of the bottom ports. That cable will plug into your controller.

Hi, so I need help. My zen is not connecting. I did the blue button on the back for 3 seconds and got new cables for the zen that are stronger but when I try to connect it doesn’t connect on the firmware. Please help me, I’ve watched like 13 hours yesterday and already watched 2 today but no one knows how to fix it. I’m gonna lose my mind soon.

Just don’t stand still with it because Fortnite will know that your not supposed to be doing that

I am on pc and want to play apex legends with the cronus zen (i am starting game on steam) i have no problem with installing scripts etc my problem is that my controller doesn’t work in game no matter what i do but in the cronus zen studio it shows that my controller is working. Please help me :)
