"The one" claimed here to be worth 500 million dollars (And trying to be sold for $295 million) was actually sold for around $140 million....
That is a bit of a difference there from the claimed price..
The $500 million claimed price was set by the builder, but after he went bankrupt the property was actually sold by the bank for this VERY much lower price of between 129-141 million dollars (There are some different claims on this from different sources)....
