I love this so much I've been trying to achieve my perfect body and I've been taking a break but this reminded me I won't be perfect and that's ok (and if you have any tips to help me get my waist smaller so I can kinda make myself feel better please lmk)
I'd say that regular exercise is good for you. Of course everyone is perfect, but we are all born with insecurities. Learning to love yourself takes time, and regular exercise is healthy and it gives you time to start loving your flaws. Your waist does not define you, but you don't have to force yourself to love a body you're not comfortable with. Just do what makes you happy and comfortable, and you'll always have a perfect body

And I'm very insecure about hair on my legs, fingers, and under my nose. And I think my eyebrows are too thick. And my family thinks I was too skinny when I was 4 but now they say I'm too thick and heavy and int he video when it says "Maybe I should try harder" I did but I was still failing so this cheered me up thank you so much! 😊
