I figured the nearly 100% crit would be worthwhile. Ive seen xj9 runs his full duration now. (Also, do you camp channelers or only use when hitchance is low?) Ive only played a couple years and the only time i would 4t continous was when i used conc>channeled>ability>cont aa/conc. I didnt want to learn it but i assume ill love it once i master it, just like old 4taa.
1 2-hit asphyx is probably worth, and from what i understand, channeler is more average damage, but reaver is higher potential (think of a thin vs fat bell curve) im sure some spreadsheet wizard in pvme has better specific data on rings/abil usage

Is fsoa really worth just putting in eof? I figured with a shard it would still be good for your autos when 4 ticking, but that's really it? Makes me sad to see it become eof bound. I'll never forget the buzz of using it with abs and getting so many crits but those days are behind us 😢
@@smccall2393 i never got good at 4 tick, prayer switching is hard enough without weapon switching too lol, main reason i eof fsoa was the passive affect on dual wield need a bleed every 30 seconds for the stacks.... It was sad but i just couldn't get the staff to hit anything harder than the duals lol
Hey, i noticed your previous video about hybridding is retitled 'outdated video' While i can appreciate not unlisting the video and retitling it so people dont treat it as a guide, im currently buying extremely low roi upgrades for magic because i'm done progressing (raksha spike, eof or kit) Ive been wanting to look into hybridding more, either with melee or range. Do you have advice or plan to make an up to date video about this? Im also looking into off-style sgb eof but i dont really know how much damage it is for the price (eof, enguinity od the humans, sgb)
Depends on if you have g-conc with channeler's ring or not. To put it into perspective, the red Rex Matriarch kill times (afk) are about 20% faster with a seismic wand and a virtus book, vs the inquisitor staff with its upgrade (or at least it was, but this was prior to the update adding conc to 2h)
I dont get it why people complain about the prices, specifically when its not that long when seizmic was like 700m+per item. Having accessible gear for people gives a lot of players confidence to try something harder whic is big +in my opinion. And they are making older weapons still keeping the prices by invention.

It comes from c4t, known as continuous 4 tick. Could do a 4t'd staff auto every ability, and this was later patched. It involved doing staff auto>dw equip>dw abil each ability. This method of inputs still works, but can't be done every ability, just every other ability now.
Z staff is nice for bosses where you don't need the accuracy from g staff, but honestly I always forget to switch back g staff so I just just keep it in. ABS I think is still a zammy only eof, maybe one or two other bosses maximum
i just tested, 30k dmg over time with ranged gear on using ioth for 15 % adren to dummy at wars, that is really good to use off ds for example, or situationally to boss object such as roots dpsing or so
They do realize it. Runescape isn’t super complex. Usually a higher tier is going to result in higher dpm and/or utility and/or survival. Which simply translates to kph. And in recent years, as you pointed out, switches have become the trend. Not only because it strays from the basic concepts and boring concepts of more damage = better, but because it creates a much needed money sink in the form of duplicate gear with different perks and now eofs with different consumed abilities. What we need to be careful of, is given jagex’ poor reputation of being grubby and greedy, how far they’re willing to push dps and switch gated content. Will everyone eventually need 20b+ in gear to do endgame content?
@@veo16 people often confuse "need for endgame content" with can be nice for the extra effort. Most endgame content can be done on basic gear with good rotations. I still don't have an issue with endgame content requiring endgame gear and more advanced skill sets being used, but zammy 2k is probably the only boss that comes close to this being the case. However, 2ks can be done with less gear, it's just the kph goes down.

GSonic has a nice niche with the new set buffs the damage of bleeds and if you hit a gchain into wand spec/bleed it can do insane damage.

Those weapons HAVE TO BE at the very least 500mil each. They're extremely too powerful to be that damn cheap

more likely people doing the bosses for the drops getting 170ish mil for a t95 tends to not feel great
@@sleepy2286 its still beneficial for the game. Also the upgrade from hm only is still around 1,7b so they are getting big drops.
