First time doing one of these. But you should try and do a sustain Evelyn top lane. Her passive let's you regenerate health based on 250% of your Ap. If you do it you can go in one shot your laner go invisible and gank other lanes

You can of course do whatever items you want in whatever order. I just played it a couple times and it was really fun even tho it's a funny dumb build!!! :)

Why liandries? You deal damages with your autos, not spells
Why tri force? You have high cd spells
Why rapidfire? You should auto your target once it's been stunned, you don't need that item.
You not going quickblades for 0 cooldown binds is a shame.

Ezreal player. U can trade level 2 if u stack ur q spell and e in
Pressuring your opponent to make them miss cannon is not "cringe" it's "strategy". That Annie was playing lane well.
However, it is nice to see your opponents being the ones not rotating to objectives for once.
using your ult to make your oponnent miss a singular cannon minion, just to lose tibbers and die 4 seconds later is extremely cringe
Not really strategy when the Annie is either new to the game or to the character. Watch her ults. She pulls back Tibbers multiple times in situations where it doesn't make sense. She doesn't know what's she doing. It's cringe because its random. Denying a cannon with your kill opportunity is a dumb strategy.
strategy would be constantly holding ult + stun because it puts an IMMENSE amount of pressure on your lane opponent to position and play perfectly so they don't die to a gank/flash ult. as annie when you're against any good opponent who's playing a champ that has kill pressure on you, once you ult and they don't die, you're probably dead in the next 30s unless you ult under turret just to clear the wave and back.
