I’m new to diesel. The pump you are referring to is the fuel pump correct? I have a 6.0 powerstroke so I don’t know much about if this is even applicable to my truck but I thought it would be worth asking.

Good day Sir. Powerstok is completely different System.
Your engine is very sensitīvie on oil change period.
May advice to change oil every 5000 km. And all Filters also in same period. Than , Your injectors will last. Becose Powerstrok is working on engine oil pressure.
