Illinois to Pacific Northwest is almost a 4 hour flight by the way. I’ve been back and forth to Seattle. Not an easy flight

Yes no. The whole game matters. Counting w's and l's is important. Coaches (sports writers/bookies/etc) need to know players strengths and weaknesses.

@@champsnike Sorry, east versus westbound confused. The time is a bit dependent on the strength of the polar front jet. westbound is slower, but really an average of 4 hours. eastbound is faster.
its 5 hours. West to east is 4 hours. East to west is 5 hours. It may be a little shorter because they aren't traveling commercial.
Flt time O’Hare to SeaTac is 4:50. Add Champaign to OHare 6 + hours.
Do they fly commercial? I'm guessing it was a charter jet. Still a long flight, but definitely more comfortable if they go charter, direct.

This team is more well rounded then last years. We'll see how their youth navigates playing in a competitive, tough B1G. Excited to see how much more they can improve over next two months. Computers are suggesting theyre a top 10-15 team, with an even higher ceiling. I think the eye test shows that as well. This team has potential to be very dangerous come March.

Illinois is very good. There's only 1 team that beat them at home...#1 vols.
And that could have gone either way ,but I take nothing from Tennessee that's one of the most hostile environments to get a victory for a visiting team especially coming in with the bullseye of #1 on your back ,the Vols are the real deal, and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the two teams clashed down the line with a lot more at stake

With all due respect to the one host, the flight time from Chicago O'Hare to Eugene, OR is 4-hrs and 2-time zones. It's NOT 2-hrs & does make a difference in how you prepare your body for the fatigue that settles in & making Illinois' destruction of Oregon even more impressive. Just sayin'......

It's college basketball, and this isn't 197,5, parity runs amok, teams like Seattle have bona-fide players and with the 3 point line, every team needs to watch their ass regardless of pedigree or ranking, so good win for a young team still learning to play together on the go, one player ,one returning player from last year,this team isn't close to hitting its ceiling if there is one, consistency and roles are the two objectives and they go hand in hand ,if they aren't achieved up to a satisfa tory level, well this team could beat anybody and turn around and implode the next game, it won't be boring that's for sure
