If your syncing a phone to another phone
syncing your iCloud data to the same phone like me because I forgot my password and had to Reset my phone or any other syncing if u ever get a pop up talking about a password to anything because it’s encrypted you have to give them the password or it will stay paused as soon as I remembered my old password and put it in the pop up and went back to see if it was paused and it was unpaused !

It says syncing with iCloud paused but when I go to settings it says it’s already synced 🤷

For y’all who are still having trouble even after the steps shown in the video, I’ve figured it out.
Go to settings, press Apple ID, then press “ICloud,” then “manage account storage” then you’re going to click on the messages icon listed below, then press “undo disable & delete.”
This will remove any messages stored in your data and thus remove the “syncing” icon in your messages. But beware, doing this means you will be removing any and all messages backed up on your phone, so if your phone breaks or if you need to get a new phone, all your saved previous messages will be lost.
