To clarify, when I said cutting the vinyl, I meant cutting the transfer paper - you obviously don't want to cut slits in the actual vinyl itself, but around it 😑😂😅

New subscriber love your videos!! 2 vinyl tips. 1. When possible use glad press and seal as transfer tape. Less sticky than standard transfer tape. 2. Peel decal upside down after pressing upside down (decal backing)

Hi Zee! There are different kinds of vinyl and I'm not exactly an expert in that area, but was it the kind that is self-sticking as opposed to needing to be applied with heat? Did you use rubbing alcohol to clean the surface of the inflated balloon first? XOXO, Rach
