As you probably know, this was the final showing of the "Fantasy in the Sky" New Year's show. As of tonight,it would no longer being shown at the Magic Kingdom, because it was replaced by "Holiday Wishes" instead of this one, except the New Year's countdown with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy which is still in use. Wow, a great preview of what New Year's Eve 2016 fireworks will look like. I hope 2015's New Year's Eve show was a good. Did someone borrow a Tardis or a Delorean to film this? ;)
That's a flower pot -- usually that's a shell when the lift charge was not launched and therefore that caused that shell to explode inside the rack or the tube they used.
Imagine if you were in Syria or Israel, you would see real fireworks every night. We sit and watch this for entertainment. They have to run for their lives. Strange huh ?
