Excellent episode and a lot of sense spoken. Loved the recommendation to use whoop, my fitnesspal ect to calibrate and then learn to take a step back and listen to your body - incredibly sound advice. Also agree with the above comments, Sam is a great host 👍.
After listening to Sam asking questions on the podcast with Ollie and his wife Lauren, then to listening him speak on here, he is so good at interviewing and being so clear and precise with what he says and how he articulates what he wants to say. Along with that, these without limits podcasts have been class. Getting straight to the point and not waffling unnecessarily around the subject or topic being spoke about. Kudos to Ollie and everyone else involved
I think it’s a bit generalized to say that doctors should not be listened to regarding nutrition. Many doctors are passionate about nutrition and up to date on current data. For the vast majority of patients, doctors will have generally beneficial advice
