In this case, this song was part of a breakup series they released on 2018, first we got Love Scenario, they singing about a guy who remembers a past relationship with good feelings, he’s remembering the good times with that person, so you know it was a healthy breakup, they both knew it would be best if they stopped. Next we have Killing Me, here they’re singing about a boy who breaks up with the girls instead of a two-decision breakup, he’s good and enjoying his “freedom” but then the presence of this girl keeps tormenting him, he then starts to regret his decision, he’s seeing how she moved on but his stuck with remembering how he hurt her, at the end he even asked himself if he’s feeling like that because he truly love her or if its just his selfish loneliness, not wanting to be alone. Then next we have Goodbye Road, here the guy accepts the breakup and he wishes the best for her, they knew they were hurting each other but still that person its still important so they wish they can be happy after. And Finally we have I’m Ok, now this song its more deep, it deals with depression, how someone can close himself to repeat he’s ok when inside he’s dying, in this breakup we don’t know much details, but it seems the girl didn’t really was there in the relationship, he was sad but she didn’t seem to care, so after he keeps smiling when someone ask him how he’s doing but the visual representation of the video tell us he’s struggling inside while developing a mask for everyone else. These breakup series are masterpieces, they convey such different emotions into9 different scenarios of breakups so a lot of people can relate to them in their ways, and like you said, even if you haven’t experienced it they can make you feel what they’re trying to portray, it’s really awesome.
