In islam... we dont say any quran words in washroom. . And we dont talk any thing inside so the person outside can hear , when we r naked.. bcuz we have belief that 2 angles who always remain with us since we born, who always write our good deeds and sins, leave outside of washroom.. bcuz angles have a shy from naked human.. thats y our prophet muhammad p.b.u.h though us some holy words to say BEFORE entering and say AFTER coming out of washroom...not inside.. If we talk inside,, the angels think we r free and we had covered ourselves by cloths..but if they still see we r naked and singing or talking..they curse us.. Yes we muslims also dont talk or dont prey. .dont recite quran and other holy words inside...thx

In judaïsme Say wash With water IS better than stone or toilet paper. But Muslim use toilet paper and wash water they are clean hygienic
