What a great video here I have just got my first 25 ft sailing boat and looking forward to getting on the water from just over the water at Ballycastle from this side always looking longingly at Sanda and the wee mull of kintyre
Brilliant video guys. I sail all over the west coast as well but always enjoy other folks videos. Great seeing my home port (Millport)in the vid. Single handed to Orkney,s and back this year👍👍👍
Thank you Nikki &Keith - this trip looked really relaxed and enjoyable, good weather , happy sailing and great music too ! Might see stardust sailing next year - kindest regards
Dear Nikki and Keith, Thanks very much for the video! That certainly took me back to times past when in my teens sailing from the Gourock area and when most of those anchorages were more or less empty in the 60's and early 70's When the weather's good there's nothing to beat the West coast but I certainly don't miss the rain and have been inland in Canada now for many decades. Thanks again, Niall.
I have traveled all over but Scotland is my favourite place in the world. Our boat will be in Brixham this year and west coast of Scotland will be our first big adventure. We sailed there two years ago around Jura lovely. Great video guys thank you.
Thank you Paul, Stardust is a David Sadler designed Frigate 27. David Sadler (Sadler Yachts) designed the yacht, but never built any. She is however, a very enjoyable small yacht to sail.
Hi Kieth. Sorry I’m a little late to the video for commenting. I’ve found the Stardust up for sale in Greenock but I’m struggling to contact the owner through the yachtbroker. I was wondering if you still own her or if not, if you have any information on the Stardust? Cheers!
Cracking footage and well put together. Sandpoint is where I had the survey done when I bought my boat. The West coast is God's country.
Great cruise. You covered some serious miles.
Fantastic whistle stop tour.

No problem Niall, glad you enjoyed the video and it brought back some good memories. Scotland's west coast is hard to beat when you get good weather.

@@Johnson_KB Very interesting Keith, and apologies for spelling your name wrong🙄 She looks like a very capable yacht.
Guys, what sailing guide are you using in this episode?? Time to get one ordered up from Amazon so the daydreaming can commence….
Great stuff ! What boat is that btw ?
David Sadler designed Frigate 27.

Hi, no longer own Stardust. Best to contact the owner via the advert.
Great boat, good luck!
