3D printing is commonly used to print metal, polymeric, ceramic and composite parts for aerospace, automotive and marine and offshore applications. In this talk, we will present a new emergent domain based on the use of 3D printing to print cells directly on the body of a patient to treat diseases and organ failure problems.
