Wow! That home is gorgeous and the setting is so serene and beautiful. The whole house is incredible and homey. I thought the kitchen was nice to begin with, but now they have their dream kitchen, which is much more affordable there in Tennessee. I really like the dark blue accent color.

Me too, the massive GROCERY sign looks jarring. I find nearly all such signs strange.. Like KITCHEN signs. And LOVE. The obvious does not require an announcement.
I thought it was so cliché and a little tacky until the homeowner said she loved it. Oops. 😁

very minimal improvement. Def not worth it. the biggest problem with the old kitchen was the bottom cabinet had an open door.
