⚠️ Hey guys, currently Just herbs is having issues with delivering their products it’s been almost a month since i placed my order but i still didn’t get them delivered..I have purchased few products from their own website before and I had no issue my order got delivered with in a week but i don’t know what’s going on with the brand now also their customer service is very slow after multiple mails and messages they responded through WhatsApp saying that my order is lost and they will arrange a reshipment but no update till date in case if you guys are thinking of purchasing something from justherbs i recommend ordering from nykaa,myntra or any other website that you trust but don’t order from their own website if you want to order from their own website choose COD instead..
Update : Finally after 1 month i received my package
The customer service is not slow, it simply doesn't exist. Do not promote this brand

Im using this lipstick shades are nice but tiny packaging is difficult the prouct waste to tip and spread all over but the shades are very preety and smoth..❤❤❤
Yes the shades and formulae is really nice i actually went ahead and purchased the full size but the packaging makes it very messy I accidentally dropped few of them even though the cap is tight it somehow opened up and broke the bullet there is no other way I can use them so had to throw them away 😒😒

Hi hainaa,I got this kit as a free gift with my smytten purchase however even I placed an order from justherbs website recently and it’s been more than 2 weeks but still didn’t get them delivered I contacted them through all their social media finally they responded on WhatsApp do contact them regarding your order their customer service is very slow but hopefully you get the response
