Correct me if im wrong but Isnt soraka and seraphine kind of shitters so its usually better to opt in + 2 vanguard, or taric for +1 portal and diana for + bastion at 9?

You can play both, but yes they are kinda bad. But If you can have 7 mages at 7 we do that
