God this one is beautiful . I can feel movement in my throat Chakra. This man has had me under such a mental strain . Luckily I'm not Now going back to work until September. I have plenty of time to work on myself.

I would not recommend it as your energy body needs to absorb the healing at a certain rate. The music is separate from the healing. You can mute it if that works better.
