    Hey, I am posting today to see of anyone has saw this issue before today. So my intel i9 13900k was very unstable so I removed it today for an inspection. It looked fine after the thermal pate was cleaned away, not hardened used artic mx6 paste. After closer inspection on the underside of the cpu, I noticed that the cpu contact pads seem to be sunk in or some strange pattern on them. I have never saw anything like this to this day and I want to know if anyone else has had experience with this? Thankyou in advance btw.

      @Intel hey thanks for the comment but essentially what you have done is put me in contact with the customer service who were not helpful in the first place. Why comment if you can't personally do something to help me on your own?
      Easy to say hey sorry, contact these guys and it's the exact same as my initial contact about 5 weeks ago now. Still ongoing by the way. I am done with everything intel now sorry AMD just dealt with last year's cpu for me. Not even faulty either, AMD customer service is above and beyond what's expected after dealing with Intel Customer Support.

    Does the 13600kf i5 processor include processors with high voltage and at risk of damage or not, do I need to install the new Intel microcode or not?
