How to paint whiskers & fine lines in acrylics | Photo realistic horse painting

In this tutorial I'll show how to paint whiskers and fine lines in acrylics. When painting realistic whiskers of any animal, the brush technique and constancy of paint vs water is so important. If these two things are incorrect then the whiskers look thicker and unnatural. Each whiskers should be curved and be thinner at the end which helps to capture more realism in the brush stroke. I hope the tips I share in this video are helpful =).

@@zaratomsart tips came in handy when painted a cat recently. I also used background paint at times to help fix up where a little too wide. I do the same with my signature at times. Paint same flowing consistency but sometimes needs tweaking.
