This painting is abstracted.
At first glance, I'd say it probably shows a battle sometime between Maul's final Sith test, when he had two blades and attempted to murder Darth Sidious, and his first attempt on the life of the secluded Jedi Master Siolo'urmanka, after which he forged his double-sided lightsaber. But that would be anachronistic; he hadn't formed his demon legs between those two times in his life.
In the distance on the right, you can see a Kel Dor (race of Jedi Master Plo Koon) and what may be an Iktochi (race of Jedi Master Saesee Tiin) fighting alongside him, though it's too vague to tell whether it is an Iktochi or a Twi'lek. On the left, the back of a Nautolan's head (race of Jedi Master Kit Fisto) is clearly visible. There are many races reminiscent of the four-armed being on the left (who should not have the Corellion ship as his shield, it is most likely in a coincidental place), but perhaps the closest initial guess as to who this beast is would be a Jedi Master of the Codru-Ji race. There has only been one canon Jedi of the Codru-Ji race, but he was fair-skinned with long dark hair that he left loose; and the Codru-Ji were not a winged race, so we'd have to assume that either the beast on the left is not Codru-Ji or this character has yet to be officially introduced.
On to the demonized Darth Maul; after Obi-Wan Kenobi sliced Maul in half and left him for dead, the Zabrak Sith carried on, fueled by rage, and eventually made it to the planet Lothal, where he formed his spider-like legs (which were later modified by the Night Sisters, but talking about the Night Sisters opens a whole new stream in the Star Wars universe.)
The architecture in the image is reminiscent of Naboo, which would make sense, if Maul had returned to Naboo in search of Kenobi. You'll remember, Kenobi chopped off his legs.
This picture, if taken at face value, is probably anachronistic, which means it contains relations that should not be chronologically possible. Maul's demon legs came long after his double-bladed lightsaber, and the hooded Jar-Jar Binks (a nod to the Sith Binks theory, I'd assume) wasn't even canon unless it is an image of Jar Jar in disguise.
If this is after Maul formed his demon legs, and he has simply reverted to using his original blades, then C3PO would be chronologically possible, yes, because, if you'll remember, Anakin finished him by the time Attack Of The Clones rolled around, long after Maul's initial dismemberment. But that would place this image around the time of Order 66, and Plo Koon was off-world during the Order. Granted, the Kel Dor may not be Plo Koon, so for chronology's sake, let's say it isn't. This battle is a major coincidence; that is not the Millenium Falcon, Jar Jar is going into hiding after his stint as a Naboo Senator, C3PO is just being the scared baby diplomat that he is, and Maul is doing what he can for his former Sith Master, Darth Sidious, even disgraced and distorted as he is.
And this is all ignoring the fact that it looks like Rey is standing right there. :) That girl may be another female Jedi, or even a Padawan at the time of Order 66. There was a Jedi (unidentified and not physically described) who escaped the Jedi Purge and was proficient in Jar'kai (dual-wielding, which oft was a bridge from staff-wielding into single-blade wielding) that this may be, though there were many female Jedi and Padawans unidentified that this could be. Even more confusing, the natives of Naboo (which is where this image may be) were typically civilized, though adept in battle with an assortment of weapons. The girl may not have even been a Force user, though she does look familiar.
Directly contradictory to the entire first-glance theory, I don't even believe the central character is a girl; I think the most likely explanation is that the central figure is a young Qui-Gon Jinn, and this is a vision of his life. Thus, the beast is Jinn, old and wise, and he saw how he will eventually return to the Force. Dying will make him a guardian angel to Kenobi, a spirit in the Force, and as his Padawan's life draws closed, the Millenium Falcon is another reserve from Jinn to Kenobi. The surrounding characters are all connected to Qui-Gon Jinn-- friends, comrades, enemies, and the like. Notable figures in the image include, of course, Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul, Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Saesee Tiin, C3PO, R2D2, Jar Jar Binks, & the stormtrooper under Jinn's arm.
This "premonition theory" would explain the entire anachronism.
But I think it's just mostly anachronistic fanart. It's a great picture, though. Props to the artist, you did an amazing job. :)

If I had to guess this probably took quiet some time to type. But you know what I appreciate what you did. It was interesting and gave me a good end to this night. Im going to sleep and you gave me something to think about. I hope i'll dream of Starwars when I sleep. It truly is facinating. Star-Wars? To think George Lucas just came up with the idea about a so called "Force" that flows through everything and everyone. A good side, and a bad side.

Everytime I listen to this song it makes me very emotional. Every time. Reminds me of the hurt I feel when thinking of my best friend who killed herself.
I know that is a horrific way to relate to a song but I think it's beautiful... because what it does the most is remind me of how much I loved her.
This wasn't a highschool or middle school death (which is still tragic), this was my best friend of 14 years. We grew as adults together from middle school and she took her life at 24. Suddenly.

If you still need power, if you still need to fight and if you still need to win even at the godly level, then you're still the same person and same creature. To transform it doesn't take power but your thinking. If god still needs to fight then he's not god.
Beings with different capabilities won't have human like minds. The more you'll expand your perspective the more you will realize, you're expecting right things in wrong place. When you spent your entire life with humans then how do you even expect something to happen different beyond imagination. Mind that can't socialize, are the gods. Mind that can't do the same stuff are the ones needed. The term "God" means different to me than you. I don't prefer to be victorious or defeated instead I prefer to drop out of race. It doesn't matter if you running or not, your destiny is still the same, Just the way to it is different. You're just different manifestation of same thing, what's the point of comparing our differences? To survive? For how long? We don't choose our destiny we choose our fate. Death is not the end but a transition. You will live and die again and again but will never be the same thing ever again.
