Would love to see her do this dance again at a later point, the concept/stylistic choices in the dance were such fun to watch, even if Daisy's execution wasn't perfect. Great job!
Great concept in the begining! Excellent swivel actions. Daisy attempts off beat dancing as well, which is quite impressive! The last lift looks a little iffy though. A very decent 8!
I think the last lift went wrong - but I did like this Charleston a lot, it's on par with Kimberly Walsh, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Georgia May Foote's Charlestons.
I recalled Dani and Vincent danced a Charleston and QS fusion to this dance and I was partial to THAT routine. Still, I agree, it's a very decent Charleston routine by Aljaz as he seems to finally choreograph more creatively this week...
Scd Observer Aljaz's Choreography is always on point, except when he gets lumbered with a Rumba - it really is his weakest dance choreographically speaking...
***** Aljaz always repeats the same figures when he gets a tall leggy partner. Daisy is a much better dancer than Abbey and I wish he's more brave in pushing the boat out more choreographically for her. I don't remember much, if any (maybe the waltz) of Abbey's routine now...
Scd Observer The QS is my favourite ballroom and I remember Abbey Clancey's well, but not for good reasons - oh the horror of gapping and then being over scored over Sophie EB's QS. That was when I officially decided the judges are clueless..
Such a shame they went off sync by a split second round 0:36 for quite a while. I feel Daisy isn't "exploding" her actions, it feels just like she's dancing big but not really living out the dance to its fullest. I still think without doubt this was her best, but a shame about the off-sync at the start. An 8? Hoping to see 9s perhaps, and hoping I don't get it all wrong and she gets 7s or something.
It was heavy-footed, and sorry to nitpick, but although her swivel action was great, on her charleston steps, when going to the back, her knee didn't bend enough, and her foot ended up just thrown to the back.
Daisy's movements seemed so laboured. It's like she was dancing in sludge. Heavy-looking limbs. I did not like this Charleston. 70-year old Lesley did a better job.
The pelvic thrust made me laugh a little - I hope that wasn't the intention. The grin on her face seems to be one of abject fear, and as always, they have zero chemistry. She tried, but they should have left the lights off.
Under-freaking-marked! How did this not get at least four nines? So good!!!

I cannot get enough of this dance!!!! love it :D
Very good dance, I like the choreography from Aljaz.
Absolutely loved it!

Glad I'm not the only one who just wasn't enthralled by this.
I hope Daisy wins she is a really talented dancer.
Allan Ford I don't think she will win but she would probably get to the final, I think anyway
Liked the opening.Quite a brave thing to do as it is exposing.I suppose 8s around about right, though I thought it undermarked live.
Excellent!

Avilst how about you do the same dance without going off time
7fun and entertaining
Wow
Very clever chirography
How creative! It's just a shame that they went out of time at the end.
