That is not what i meant, you clearly dont know how mutations work. When you get overture you have a 1/2 chance of it being overture:history or normal overture therefore no, you could not get bloodlust in that situation

In this example, when you roll overture, you have a 50/50 chance of it being normal or mutated. You cannot get bloodlust in this situation because base overture is 1/150 million, it doesn’t matter that history is 1/300 million.
